We usually reply within two business days. Tips on sizing errors are especially welcome: if the calculator gives you a number that does not match your electrician's, tell us both numbers and your appliance list, and we will investigate.
Corrections policy
If we got something wrong, we fix it and note the correction at the bottom of the page. Generator specifications and pricing change; if you spot something stale, a short email with a source link is all we need.
